Chemical, pesticide, lubricant, and oil products create demanding packaging conditions. A leaking bottle not only loses product but can also create safety, environmental, and compliance problems. Volatile liquids may escape through a cap that is not perfectly tight, especially when temperature changes and transport vibration affect cap torque. The LM2000 aluminum foil induction sealing machine adds a bonded foil barrier across the bottle mouth. The induction process heats the aluminum foil liner inside the cap and seals it to the bottle mouth. After cooling, the foil provides an additional barrier against leakage and volatilization. The machine is suitable for PP, PE, PET, and glass bottles and is not suitable for metal bottles or metal caps.

Chemical and oil products often need a second barrier beyond the cap. Cap torque can change during storage and transport. A foil seal bonded to the bottle mouth helps contain the product even if the cap loosens slightly. For volatile liquids, the foil layer reduces the open path for vapor escape. For oily products, the seal helps prevent seepage around the cap threads. These benefits are especially valuable for long-distance shipping and warehouse storage.

The LM2000 uses stainless steel construction for use in harsh environments and easy cleaning and maintenance. The air cooling system eliminates water cooling pipes, pumps, filters, and flow switches, which reduces maintenance in chemical workshops where water systems may corrode or clog. The plastic guardrail helps prevent operators from touching hot areas near the induction head. These design choices support reliable daily operation in demanding packaging environments.

The machine is suitable for PP, PE, PET plastic bottles and glass bottles. It is not suitable for metal containers or metal caps. For strongly corrosive products, the chemical compatibility of the bottle mouth material and the liner heat-seal coating must be confirmed. Do not rely only on general parameters. Test with the actual product, bottle, cap, and liner. A compatibility test helps avoid weak bonding, liner degradation, or product contamination.

Lubricants, edible oils, and industrial greases have different viscosities and residue behavior. High-viscosity oil can easily contaminate the bottle mouth during filling. If oil residue is present, the foil cannot bond evenly. Control filling accuracy and inspect bottle mouth cleanliness before sealing. If necessary, add a bottle mouth cleaning station. The LM2000’s adjustable power and speed can help optimize sealing, but it cannot replace a clean bottle mouth surface.

The continuous through-type design reduces manual handling between filling and sealing. Operators do not need to place a sealing head on every bottle. This reduces contact with chemical products and improves line flow. The LM2000 can be connected to capping machines, labeling machines, and ink-jet printers to form a more closed and automated packaging process.
