Scope of Application

Used for testing the thermal conductivity of homogeneous, plate-shaped thermal insulation materials.

Key Features

The device employs a computerized automatic control system, offering the advantage of automatically executing the entire testing process—including data acquisition, temperature control, result calculation, data storage, and report generation.

Utilizes the "Arbitration Double-Plate Method," employing two aluminum alloy plates as cold plates to ensure uniform surface temperature.

Incorporates a professional-grade, intelligent temperature control instrument (manufactured in Japan) paired with a power control module to ensure precise and stable temperature regulation.

The clamping mechanism utilizes pneumatic technology; a pneumatic cylinder automatically compresses the test specimen, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of clamping force and facilitating convenient specimen loading.

Features comprehensive automatic safety protection functions, including automatic shutdown for overheating, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection.

Equipped with a high-performance, low-noise refrigeration unit (manufactured by Tecumseh, France), ensuring stable and reliable operation of the device year-round.

Includes a fully stainless steel constant-temperature water tank, utilizing a water-cooling method to regulate the temperature of the cold plates with exceptional uniformity and consistency.
