Equipment Usage

Battery testing equipment is designed to meet the requirements of charging and discharging tests, pulse charging and discharging tests, DCIR (direct current internal resistance) tests, cycle life tests, and rate charging and discharging tests for lead-acid batteries such as those used in electric vehicles, backup power supplies, and base station batteries. It is mainly applied in various research institutions, universities, battery manufacturing enterprises, and new energy vehicle manufacturers.

Repair Principle: There are two methods of repair. The first is the physical repair method, which relies on high-frequency pulses close to the resonant frequency of lead sulfate to cause resonance in the hard lead sulfate layer, thereby reducing its strength, becoming more porous, and making it easier to dissolve.

The second is the electrochemical repair method, which relies on the high potential generated by overcharging to reduce the difficulty of reducting lead sulfate, which can be regarded as electrochemical repair. Currently, we adopt the combined resonant overcharging method, adding second-level slow pulses on the basis of the original high-frequency pulses to remove concentration polarization and electrochemical polarization, which can control the temperature rise and water loss during high-voltage charging. Due to its dual functions of physical and electrochemical repair, the repair effect is more significant.

Multiple Working Modes: Constant voltage charging, constant current charging, pulse charging, constant current discharging, constant power discharging, pulse discharging, standing still, and cyclic operation mode. When setting multi-stage programs, the operation mode can be freely combined to integrate discharge, charging, and cyclic charging and discharging. One device can solve the testing requirements of multiple tests.

Multiple Safety Protection Functions: It has functions such as battery reverse connection alarm, overcurrent shutdown, and pause during operation. During the test, when detecting abnormalities in the entire group or individual batteries or abnormal operation of the tester, the tester will automatically terminate the test to protect the battery. It can record the running status when the equipment is powered off and automatically run after power is restored.

Equipped with professional software: The test record data can be conveniently exported as specified data in Excel format, ensuring that the exported or printed data column format is consistent with the original record. You can select the columns you need to export the data to facilitate the organization of experimental data.
