CST-50 Charpy Impact Projector - Impact Specimen Gap Inspection Equipment
Product Description
The CST-50 Charpy Impact Projector is a specialized optical instrument developed according to GB/T229-1994 standards for metal Charpy impact testing. This equipment uses optical projection to magnify impact test specimen V-type and U-type notches 50 times, projecting them onto a screen for comparison with standard templates to determine notch quality compliance.
Key Advantages
- Precisely evaluates Charpy V-type and U-type notch quality
- 50x magnification for accurate visual inspection
- Simple operation with intuitive comparison method
- Compliant with GB/T229-1994 testing standards
Working Principle
The projector illuminates the specimen with a light source through condenser optics. The objective lens projects a magnified outline of the specimen notch onto the projection screen. Through secondary magnification and reflection, the screen displays a positive image matching the actual specimen position for precise comparison with standard templates.
