Product Overview

The system performs coating application followed by heat curing and rewinding in a continuous automated process.

Operating Principle

The machine operates on the same principle as automatic coaters used for screen printing stencil preparation. It consists of four main units: unwinding, coating, drying, and rewinding, complemented by mechanical or pneumatic systems for precise control of substrate tension, edge alignment, and coating speed.
