This equipment is designed in accordance with the requirements for cement specimen curing specified in National Standard GB/T1767-1999 Method of Testing Cements-Determination of Strength. Main Technical Parameters

Structure & Working Principle

The outer shell of the curing cabinet is made of 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel; the inner chamber adopts 2.0mm SUS304 stainless steel plate. The cabinet door is sealed with rubber strips. It features elegant appearance and high temperature control precision.

Equipped with hermetic refrigeration unit, stable operation and low noise.

Heating mode: water tank heating with 304 stainless steel heating tubes, rust-proof and anti-corrosion.

A liquid crystal temperature controller is adopted to manage the cooling system and heating system.

The humidification system adopts an ultrasonic humidifier. When cabinet temperature or water temperature is lower than 19℃, the relay of temperature controller activates. When internal temperature exceeds 20℃, the relay cuts off power and the heater stops heating to keep the internal temperature stable at 20±1℃. When ambient or water temperature rises above 21℃, the refrigerator starts running; it stops once internal temperature drops below 20℃ to maintain constant temperature. The cycle runs continuously to realize standard curing for specimens inside the cabinet.
