ST107A Constant Temperature Holding Viscosity Tester

The ST107A Constant Temperature Holding Adhesive Tester is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with YY/T 0148-2006 "General Requirements for Medical Adhesive Tape" and GB/T4851-2014 "Test Methods for Holding Adhesive Tape", and is suitable for holding adhesive testing of medical adhesive tapes and other products.
Working Principle:
Hang the test board with the sample attached vertically on the test stand, hang a weight of the specified weight at the lower end, and use the displacement of the sample after hanging at a certain temperature for a period of time, or the time for the sample to completely detach, to characterize the ability of the adhesive tape to resist pulling off. Suitable for conducting adhesion testing on products such as pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes.
Instrument structure:
It mainly consists of a timing mechanism, a test board, a loading board, weights, a frame, and standard pressure rollers.

Imported proximity switch, wear-resistant and impact resistant, high sensitivity, and longer service life.
Manufacturing material:
Internal SUS # 304 stainless steel plate, external treated with advanced baking paint.
