UP-5032 Horizontal-Vertical Flame Tester UL94 IEC60695 Plastic Material Flammability Test Equipment

The UP-5032 Horizontal-Vertical Flame Tester is laboratory flammability testing equipment for polymeric and plastic materials. It performs horizontal and vertical burning tests under standardized flame sources, records after flame time, after glow time and burning spread status to classify material fire retardant grades such as V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, and 5V.

The chamber features anti-corrosion inner black coating, large transparent observation window and top smoke exhaust fan. Touch screen control enables accurate timing, adjustable burner angle, stable gas flow control, ensuring repeatable test results for R&D, incoming quality control and third-party lab inspection.
