All parts of this mixer that come into contact with materials—including the mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and mixing blade shaft—are manufactured from all-alloy materials, thereby eliminating the need for spraying or electroplating. The equipment is designed to stir, disperse, and compound metal powders with binders and other formulations under controlled temperature conditions. Once the materials have been blended into a mud-like mass, they undergo extrusion and granulation before being sent on to downstream processes.

The two rotors in the mixing chamber rotate relative to each other at a specific speed ratio, capturing material from the feeding port and directing it through the roller gap where it undergoes squeezing and shearing by the rotors. After passing through the roller gap, the material impacts the sharp edge of the "W" shaped mixing chamber, dividing into two parts that travel along the gaps between the front/rear chamber walls and rotors before returning to the rotor top. Within the enclosed mixing chamber, materials experience strong shearing and mixing under controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring complete dispersion and plasticization of formulation materials for optimal performance.

The mixing chamber is designed in a "W" shape, and together with an "M"-shaped lower pressure cover, it forms a completely enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade adopts a prismatic spiral geometry that eliminates any dead zones, ensuring that the shearing and dispersion of materials meet the required physical properties. Both the hollow-structured stirring blade and all components that come into contact with the material—including the mixing chamber, side plates, pressure hammer, and stirring blade shaft—are fabricated from full alloy materials, offering wear resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-adhesion characteristics, and an extended service life, all without the need for spraying or electroplating.
