This laboratory-scale two-roll mill is engineered for blending and dispersing engineering plastics, pigment masterbatches, silicone rubbers, and other polymer materials. Both rollers come with mirror-chrome plating and are equipped with electric heating and water cooling systems to maintain even temperature across the surface. The gap width between the rollers can be adjusted as needed, and multi-directional safety guards are installed to ensure stable, reliable, and secure operation.
