Within the mixing chamber, the pair of rotors operate at a defined relative speed ratio, drawing feedstock in through the charging opening and delivering it into the nip region, where it undergoes compressive and shear deformation. Once the material exits the nip, it strikes the sharp crest of the W-shaped chamber body and is split into two separate streams, each of which recirculates to the rotor crown through the clearances formed between the rotors and the front/rear chamber walls. Throughout this closed system, the compound is subjected to intensive shear and homogenization under regulated pressure and temperature, which guarantees thorough dispersion and plastication of the formulation so that its final properties are fully developed.
The mixing chamber features a "W" shape with an "M" shaped lower pressure cover forming a fully enclosed mixing space. The stirring blade employs a prismatic spiral design without dead angles, enabling effective shearing and dispersion of materials to meet physical property requirements. The hollow-structured stirring blade, made from imported all-alloy material (requiring no spraying or electroplating), offers excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, minimal material adhesion, and extended service life.
