Silicone Wire Insulation/Sheath Extrusion Line 80m/min

Extrusion is a manufacturing process used to create objects with a fixed cross-sectional profile by pushing material through a die. This process can be performed with materials in either hot or cold states. In wire and cable production, molten plastic is applied to the entire circumference of the wire, ensuring adhesion to the wire structure. Extrusion is primarily used for wire insulation and forming the outer sheath of cables.
