Automotive Wire High Speed Extrusion Production Line 1500m/min
This automated production line is specially designed for manufacturing wires and cables, enabling continuous insulation coating of metal conductors (copper/aluminum). The system can be integrated with KPS cone-shaped reel fully automatic wire take-up machines, double-head coiling machines, and double-reel semi-automatic wire take-up machines.
Applications
The production line is suitable for single-color, single-color strip, double-color strip, and full-cover extrusion of thermoplastic insulation materials including PVC, PP, PE, XLPE, and low-smoke halogen-free compounds. It meets the requirements for German, Japanese, Korean, Italian, and other automotive wire insulation extrusion standards.

Maintenance Guidelines
- Regular Cleaning: Clean the extruder regularly to prevent buildup of debris, dust, or melted material using manufacturer-recommended tools and solvents
- Inspect Wear Parts: Check screws, barrels, nozzles, and dies for wear and replace as needed to maintain production quality
- Lubrication: Lubricate moving parts according to manufacturer specifications to reduce friction and prevent breakdowns
- Temperature Calibration: Regularly calibrate temperature settings to ensure accurate melting and extrusion
- Electrical Inspection: Check heaters, sensors, and controls for damage or malfunction
- Safety Verification: Ensure all safety features including emergency stops, guards, and interlocks are functional
- Operator Training: Train personnel on proper usage and maintenance procedures
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed maintenance logs for tracking and planning
- Follow Manufacturer Guidelines: Adhere to specific maintenance recommendations for your extruder model
- Emergency Preparedness: Have contingency plans and spare parts available for unexpected breakdowns
