90+50 High-Speed Co-Extrusion Machine

The 90+50 High-Speed Co-Extrusion Machine is a high-performance extrusion system designed for double-layer wire and cable production. It consists of a Ø 90mm main extruder and a Ø 50mm auxiliary extruder, enabling simultaneous extrusion of two different materials or colors.

The machine is widely used for producing insulated wires, cable sheaths, and two-color cables with materials such as PVC, PE, XLPE, and TPE. Equipped with precision ground gearboxes, 38CrMoAlA nitrided alloy steel screws and barrels, intelligent temperature control systems, real-time pressure monitoring, and efficient cooling systems, it ensures stable high-speed operation, uniform plasticization, and accurate product dimensions.

The dual extruder configuration provides flexible production solutions for multi-layer cable structures, improving production efficiency and product quality.
