The 1-Meter Infrared Vulcanizing Oven is engineered for non-contact infrared heating and continuous vulcanization/curing of insulated wires and cables in extrusion production lines. Featuring a pneumatically liftable heating chamber and U-shaped infrared heating tubes with four-sided radiant heating arrangement, this oven ensures uniform and efficient heating performance.

The chamber can be conveniently raised for easy wire threading and lowered to the sealed position during operation, providing stable temperature control, efficient heat transfer, and reliable continuous production capabilities.
