The SF6 recovery equipment is custom-engineered with configurable features, including negative-pressure recycling, oil-free/lubricated compression choices, variable storage capacities (500L–2000L), and fully automated PLC control.

System Overview

The KSLH-110Y/160-1200WZ high-capacity automated system is optimized for 550kV insulation pot withstand voltage testing in power grid applications. It integrates an 110m³/h oil-free air-cooled piston main compressor, a 160m³/h negative-pressure compressor (0.5MPa suction capacity), a 63m³/h pipeline vacuum pump (≤5Pa ultimate vacuum), and a 1200L 304 stainless steel horizontal storage tank for efficient high-voltage SF6 management.
