SF6/N2 Recovery, Separation and Purification Device
Model: KSLF-30WY50/63/100/NZ
The device consists of two parts: recovery, and separation & purification.
Its main function is to recover mixed SF6 gas or SF6 with decomposition products. After recovery, through liquid and solid treatment, N2, O2 and other decomposition products are discharged to achieve rectification and purification. The concentration of purified SF6 can reach 99.99%.
Technical Features:
- A. Built-in filtration and adsorption system that can adsorb impurities, moisture, decomposition products and oil in SF6 gas.
- B. Integrated design and compact size for easy movement and use.
- C. Efficient maintenance-free filtration system that greatly ensures the quality of recovered gas.
- D. Built-in phase sequence protector to eliminate concerns about the host reversing due to phase sequence errors at all times.
- E. Air-cooled whole machine without the need for external water supply.
- F. Built-in temperature protection system enabling normal operation even at -20°C.
- G. Built-in drying and heating system to activate and regenerate desiccants through equipment heating after saturation, eliminating the need for desiccant replacement.
- H. All ball valves use sealing components with automatic compensation performance.
- I. Built-in vacuum pumping power failure protection to prevent oil backflow caused by vacuum pump power failure or motor jamming.
4. Appearance:
The device features reasonable layout, simple and compact structure, and an overall elegant appearance. It is easy to operate and maintain. The paint adhesion reaches Grade I, and the color is orange-red.
