KSD301 KSD302 KSD303 250V10A Temperature Protector Thermal Fuse Temperature Controller

The KSD series thermostat operates on the principle of bimetal discs that snap into action when temperature changes occur. This snap action activates the internal contacts, enabling circuit connection or disconnection. Key features include fixed working temperature, reliable snap action, minimal flashover, extended service life, and reduced radio interference.

KSD302 Reset Types
Manual Reset Type:

Temperature sensing components consist of bimetallic strip. When temperature reaches the action range, it snaps quickly and the movable disc disconnects. The contact point cannot reset automatically when temperature declines - reconnection requires pressing the reset button. This enables circuit restart through manual intervention.

  • Reset occurs when temperature declines 20°C after snap action by pressing reset button
  • Recommended force: 4-6 N (avoid excessive strength)
  • Minimum distance between reset button and close cover: 20.4mm for normal function
Auto Reset Type:

Temperature sensing components consist of bimetallic strip. When temperature reaches the action range, it snaps quickly and the movable disc disconnects. The contact point automatically resets and resumes operation when temperature declines to the fixed reset point.
