CKB Board (Coated Kraft Back Board) is a high-performance paperboard designed for food packaging. It features a white coated top side for excellent printability and a natural kraft back side for superior strength and moisture resistance. This material is specifically engineered as a carrier board for frozen food and various food cartons, maintaining excellent stiffness and ply bonding even in low-temperature, high-humidity environments.

Key Features of CKB Board
  • Dual-function surfaces - Coated white side provides smooth, high whiteness surface supporting offset, flexo, and screen printing with sharp graphics without bleeding. Kraft back side retains natural fiber toughness for tear-resistance and low-temperature performance.
  • Designed for frozen food - Excellent water and moisture resistance. Remains flexible and does not crack or delaminate at -20°C. The kraft back side resists softening caused by condensation.
  • Food contact safety - Complies with FDA, EU, and ISO9001, ISO14001 food contact material standards. No risk of fluorescent whitening agent migration.
  • Excellent converting performance - Suitable for die-cutting, creasing, box gluing, lamination, and hot foil stamping. Runs well on high-speed packing lines.
