A: DTF printing involves heating and melting polyurethane powder in a curing oven, which releases thick, oily smoke, chemical vapors, and a strong plastic smell. Powered by a high-suction 350W motor, the FES350PRO draws these dense, greasy fumes directly out of the oven exhaust before they can coat your printer heads, ruin your prints, or compromise workshop air quality.
A: The FES350PRO features an industrial multi-stage sequential filtration stack designed for heavy chemical and oil loads:
A: Filter life depends heavily on your daily print volume and material choices:
An integrated pressure gauge alerts your operator when airflow is restricted, indicating a filter change is due.
A: Yes, absolutely. It is equipped with a high-performance, maintenance-free brushless DC motor engineered for long-duty industrial cycles. The motor features built-in thermal overload protection and efficient heat dissipation, allowing it to safely run 24/7 alongside your automated production equipment.
A: The unit comes with a flexible, self-supporting extraction arm for targeted localized suction. However, for DTF ovens and enclosed 3D printers, you can easily remove the arm and connect standard industrial heat-resistant hoses directly from the machine's top intake port to the exhaust flange of your equipment.
A: We configure the internal power supply based on your region's industrial or commercial grid. We provide standard AC 220V 50Hz models for European, UK, Australian, and Asian print shops, as well as dedicated AC 110V 60Hz configurations tailored for North American and Japanese print studios.

Get your FES350PRO operational and integrated into your print shop in under 5 minutes:
Open the industrial side latches and lift off the top cover. Ensure all internal filter elements are placed in the correct sequence (Pre-filter on top, HEPA in the middle, Activated Carbon at the bottom) and that all plastic packaging wraps are completely removed. Securely latch the lid back down.
For localized bench work, insert the base of the self-supporting flexible arm into the intake port and tighten the collar. For DTF ovens or 3D printer enclosures, connect your industrial hose from the oven/enclosure exhaust port directly to the FES350PRO intake port.
Roll the compact unit right next to your printing line using the heavy-duty caster wheels. Position the flexible arm hood exactly where the smoke escapes, or ensure your connected hose is kink-free. Depress the brakes on the casters to lock the machine in place.
Connect the heavy-duty power cord into an outlet that matches your ordered voltage rating (220V or 110V). Flip the master switch to 'ON'. Dial the step-less speed control knob upward until the smoke from your curing oven or 3D printer is being entirely drawn into the machine. Your printing zone is now safe and smoke-free.
