Special Silicone Sealant KL-3636A/B

KL-3636A/B is a two-component silicone adhesives,suitable for molded silicone rubber and metal,nylon,all sorts of small area of the base material of adhesive,such excellent adhesion,simple operation process.


Physical Properties:
Appearance: Pasty (Any color is available)
Viscosity: 100000±5000 MPa·s
Specific Gravity: 1.35
Stored Condition: 0℃~5℃
Application ratio: A: B =1:1
Resisting temperature: -60℃ ~ 280℃


Application Method:
1. Mixing uniformity A and B by a ratio of A: B =1:1.
2. Defoaming treatment with vacuum by requirements.
3. Coat the silicone adhesive sealant on the surface uniformly by coating method such as serigraphy.
4. Baking at 120℃ for 10~15 minutes by IR strip.


Note:
On direct contact, uncured sealant may irritate eyes. Flush eyes well with water and call a physician. Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
