Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Product Description
Employing high-temperature vulcanization technology, this single-component ink is formulated for use on conductive silicone surfaces. It can be applied using screen printing, pad printing, or dot printing methods.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone products that requires electrical conductivity.
Processing
1.RClean the silicone substrate, removing dirt, grease, particles, and similar residues.
2. Bring refrigerated ink to ambient temperature before opening. If the ink feels too thick during application, thin it with odorless kerosene to achieve a workable viscosity for screen, pad, or spot printing.
3. In a dust-free setting, allow the ink to sit for 10–30 minutes. After the solvent evaporates completely, the material cures.
4. Perform vulcanization by heating at 180–200℃ for 10–20 minutes.
5. Suitable thinners are aviation kerosene. For spot printing, dilute at 1 part ink to 2 parts thinner; for screen printing, use 1 part ink to 0.2 parts thinner.
6. The resistance value is approximately 100 Ω.
The above physical data are provided for reference purposes only.
Attention
1. The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three
months. When the product has passed the storage period, it can be further used after
the technical test.
2. The product should be stirred evenly and completely.
3. Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the
working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%. Too low humidity will easily cause static electricity in the ink,
which in turn may result in a poor printed image.
4. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
Packing
