Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Silicone Rubber Spraying Conductive Coating Ink
Product Description
The product employs high-temperature vulcanization. It is a one-part ink for silicone surfaces that must be conductive. Suitable printing methods include silk screen, pad printing, and spot printing.
Application
Mainly applied to silicone products that requires electrical conductivity.
Processing
1.Clean the silicone material's surface, eliminating all impurities, grease, particles, etc.
2. Do not use the ink immediately after removal from the refrigerator; wait until it reaches room temperature. If necessary, reduce viscosity by adding odorless kerosene to make it suitable for screen, pad, or dot printing.
3. In a dust-free environment, let the ink sit for 10–30 minutes. After the solvent has completely evaporated, the ink cures.
4. Vulcanize by baking at 180–200℃ for 10–20 minutes.
5. Aviation kerosene are the recommended thinners. For spot printing, dilute ink with thinner in a 1:2 ratio. For screen printing, use a 1:0.2 ratio.
6. The resistance value is around 100 Ω.

Attention
1. The product should be sealed and stored at 0-10°C, and the storage period is three
months. When the product has passed the storage period, it can be further used after
the technical test.
2. The product should be stirred evenly and completely.
3. Printing must be done in a suitable environment. It is recommended to keep the
working area free of dust, keep the temperature below 25 ° C and control the
humidity to 60-75%. Too low humidity will easily cause static electricity in the ink,
which in turn may result in a poor printed image.
4. Unused ink should be sealed and refrigerated.
