Hard tooth surface reducer: Usually helical gear or planetary gear reducer is used, and the gear is hardened and ground, with high transmission efficiency (>94%), low noise, long life and strong load-bearing capacity.
Built-in disc brake: The brake is integrated in the reduction box, which is protected and not easy to be polluted. It has large braking torque, fast response, good heat dissipation, no adjustment, long life, and is safe and reliable. It is the key guarantee for the safety of European end beams.
3. High-performance maintenance-free wheel set:
Wheel material: Usually made of alloy forged steel (such as 42CrMo) and quenched, with high surface hardness (HRC 45-55), good wear resistance, and high fatigue strength.
Bearing unit: Use large clearance, heavy-duty sealed deep groove ball bearings or tapered roller bearings, pre-lubricated, and maintenance-free for life.
Wheel installation: The wheel shaft is fixed, and the wheel rotates on the shaft through the bearing. The structure is simple and reliable, and maintenance is convenient.
Optional polyurethane rubber-coated wheels: For occasions that require low noise, ground protection, or certain insulation requirements, high-performance polyurethane rubber-coated wheels can be selected to reduce noise and vibration.
