The electric two deck four trays bakery oven with proofer,radiation far infrared metal heating tube is used for the heating element, inside penetration objects with thermal radiation effect, fast heating, be baked goods heated evenly, color and, under the food hygienic standard, furnace temperature can be adjusted within the range of 20-400 oC, and can this product is equipped with timing, automatic constant temperature, automatic temperature control, manual selection of temperature control and other functions, convenient.The bottom is the proofer,which temperature in the box can reach 80-85%, and the temperature can be automatically controlled between 35-40°C to form a suitable fermentation environment.Apply for dough processing,suitable for all kind of bakery shop.
