Product Description:

Magnesia calcium brick is made of high-quality dolomite and magnesite as raw materials by light firing ingredients, pressing balls and high temperature firing, and the MgO/CaO ratio is selected according to different needs for the production of stereotyped magnesium-calcium refractory materials.

Magnesia calcium brick is also known as high calcium magnesia brick. Magnesia refractory with magnesia as the main crystal phase and tricalcium silicate as the secondary crystal phase. Using calcium magnesia as raw material, after crushing, batching, mixing and molding, it is fired at a high temperature of 1550~1600 °C.

Product Advantages:

Good high-temperature performance, with a starting temperature of load softening generally higher than 1700 ℃, and good resistance to alkaline slag.It has desulfurization effect in molten steel smelting, does not pollute the molten steel, and is easy to remove impurities in the molten steel, which is conducive to the production of clean steel.

Magnesia Calcium Brick Application:

Suitable for refining devices such as AOD furnaces and VOD furnaces, as well as cement kilns, blast holes of steelmaking side blown converters, top of open hearth furnaces and oxygen blown converters, permanent layers of steelmaking converters, furnace bottoms, and steel ladles.

The bricks are packed on wooden pallet with papers in each layer and PP film wrapped outside of the whole pallet.
