Precautionsfor assembly

(1)During the assembly process,please be careful not to leave burrs on the assemblysurface and not allow entering dust;

(2)Dust proof treatment should be applied to the exposed holes after assembly;

(3)Apply rust inhibitor to the input shaft and flange;

(4)When spraying paint,the nameplate and installation surface need to be covered to avoid painting.

- Precautions foroperation

(1)When transporting hydraulic pumps,do not impact strongly on the transmission shaft of the pump body;

(2)Before operation,it is necessary toexhaust through the exhaust port to fill thecasing with clean hydraulic oil;

(3)When operating the hydraulic pump,be careful that the surface of the hydraulic pump assembly shouldnot be flowedhydraulic oil and other liquids;

(4)The cleanlinessof thehydraulic oilshould meet NAS level 9.
