Technical requirement 一 Precautions forassembly

(1)During the assembly process,please be careful notto leave burrs on the assembly surface and not allow entering dust;

(2)Dust proof treatmentshould be applied to the exposed holes after assembly;

(3)Apply rust inhibitorto the input shaftand flange;

(4)When spraying paint,the nameplate and installation surface need to be covered to avoid painting.

Precautions for operation

(1)When transporting hydraulic pumps,do not impact strongly on the transmission shaft of the pump body;

(2)Before operation,it is necessary to exhaust through the exhaust port to fi l the casing with clean hydraulic oil;

(3)When operating the hydraulic pump,be careful

that the surface of the hydraulic pump assembly

(4)The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil should meet NAS level 9.
