The HA2FO series is a swash plate-type axial piston variable displacement pump with pressure compensation:

  1. Swash Plate Adjustment:
    • The swash plate angle determines piston stroke length, regulating pump displacement.
    • Rising system pressure tilts the swash plate toward a smaller angle (reducing flow); falling pressure increases the angle (raising flow).
  2. Piston Movement:
    • As the cylinder block rotates, pistons reciprocate under the swash plate, drawing fluid from the inlet and discharging it at high pressure via the outlet.
  3. Closed-Loop Pressure Control:
    • An internal pressure compensator senses outlet pressure and adjusts the swash plate angle to maintain a preset pressure (e.g., max. working pressure), enabling constant-pressure output.
  4. Energy Efficiency:
    • Automatically reduces displacement during low-flow demand, minimizing energy consumption for intermittent loads.
