Technical requirement
-Before starting the operation of the motor, please ensure that the motor housing is flled with hydraulic oil;
-Do nothave astrong impact onthe output shaft of the motor when transporting hydraulic motors;
-To ensure the reliability of motor function, hydraulic oil musthave a minimum cleanliness level of 20/18/15 according to ISO 4406.At very high hydraulic oil temperatures(90°C to a maximum of 115°C),it should have a minimum cleanliness level of 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406.
-The testing program of assemblyproducts:
1)Sealingtest:conducta gas tightness test aftersealing,and the test timeshouldexceed3 minutes at 0.4Mpa atmospheric pressure;
2)The coaxially between the main shaft and the coupling sleeve should not exceed φ0.1.
