After forming procedures, all workpieces go through vibration grinding to thoroughly clear sharp edge burrs, followed by full nickel electroplating surface finishing to upgrade oxidation resistance, anti-rust performance and stable electrical conductivity.
The positive and negative conductive contact sheets adopt fully symmetric structural design. Each single conductive sheet comes with four mounting holes, two of which are pre-tapped with standard M3.0 internal threads for quick screw assembly without secondary tapping work.
