It is integrally manufactured by CNC torsion spring machine from solid 304 stainless steel wire, completing central coil winding and dual hook arm bending in one forming process. After shaping, the product undergoes thermal tempering to eliminate internal forming stress and stop springback deformation under repeated rotation cycles. The two hook ends are precisely deburred and polished to eliminate sharp edges that scratch assembly parts. Followed by degreasing cleaning, electro-polishing and anti-oxidation passivation, the spring gains bright smooth surface and long-lasting rust resistance in humid environments.
