Eco-friendly and Effective Detergent Enzyme Additive

Product Description

Kleenzyme PAL is a granular blend enzyme containing protease, amylase, and lipase, designed to be used in the formulation of powder detergent. It’s used in detergent formulations to help remove such stains as perspiration, blood, feces, starch, fat, ice cream and various food proteinaceous dirts, such as meat. Soup, milk stains, etc. Kleenzyme PAL is able to work at low temperature and (20-65℃) and wide pH conditions (pH 6-10).

Kleenzme PAL is a granular blend of enzymes for use in powder laundry products. It is specifically developed for universal stain removal performance on a broadest variety of consumer relevant soils with additional care benefits. Kleenzme PAL is based on ENZOGUARD® granulation technology of IFF that brings high storage stability and dissolution speed, improved distribution properties and safe handling.
Kleenzme PAL is useful for removing common consumer problem soils, such as blood, cuff and collar, grass, milk, various tough starch, gum and pectin containing food stains like yogurts, sauces, pastas, potato, rice, as well as ice-cream, puddings, fruit and baby food. It as well helps to enhance color and whiteness, protects and renews fabrics vulnerable to pilling.
Kleenzme PAL hydrolyzes the peptide bonds in proteins, α-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch, β-1,4 linkages between mannose units in gums, β-1,4-D-glycosidic linkages in cotton and cleaves the (1→4)-α-D-galacturonan bonds in pectin. The remaining peptides, amino acids, water-soluble oligosaccharides and carbohydrate fragments, and short cellulose chains are then removed by the wash liquor.

Application

Kleenzyme PAL can be used in formulation of powder laundry detergents and is readily soluble in application-relevant solutions at all levels of concentration, pH and temperature which may occur during normal usage

Dosage

Recommended dosage of Kleenzyme PAL is 0.2%–1% (w/w in detergent). Exact dosage should be based upon wash conditions, detergent formulation, detergent dosing and the desired level of performance
