CFK-2500 series capsule filling machine is an automatic capsule filling machine developed by our company by absorbing the advanced technology at home and abroad. The equipment is beautiful in shape, smooth operation, low noise, easy to operate and easy to clean.
The whole machine adopts intermittent rotary mechanism and quantitative filling. Suitable for 00 # -5 # capsule powder and particle filling, and can be equipped with automatic bag feeding machine, vacuum feeding machine, gold inspection machine, polishing machine, hoist and other auxiliary equipment.

The finished capsules will be pushed out for collection.
Principle
The main component of the device is a discharge top rod that can reciprocate up and down. When the upper and lower modules carrying the closed capsule are rotated above the exit station and stopped, the capsule is pushed out of the module hole. The capsule was then blown into the outgoing hopper and slid into the stock barrel.

The smooth drive system:

1.The DF110 and DF80 type grading box combination are used to make reasonable adaptation. Greatly improves the stability and service life of the machine.
2.Improve the transmission cam of all stations, use high quality special steel to make the inner groove wheel drive, eliminate the disadvantages of spring pulling easy fatigue and fracture, and wear resistance, stable operation.
3.The new layout design of the mechanical transmission part and with the "inner cam" instead of the traditional "lever" filling transmission mechanism, so that the machine runs more quiet and stable.
