Description

This high-rigidity precision motor spindle adopts optimized bearing preload structure with high dynamic balance correction grade. It delivers low vibration and noise at high speed, and maintains excellent temperature control during long continuous operation. Widely applied in CNC lathes, vertical machining centers, internal & external grinders, high-speed engraving machines and other CNC equipment.
The spindle body is made of 40Cr high-quality alloy steel, processed by multiple heat treatment and superfinishing procedures. It features outstanding deformation resistance and wear resistance, greatly extending the service life of bearings and the whole spindle unit.
As an original manufacturer, we supply mature domestic substitution solutions. Customization is available on output torque, max rotating speed, cooling type, flange mounting dimension and tool clamping structure according to your working conditions. Every spindle undergoes dynamic balance calibration, no-load and load precision test before delivery with full inspection reports.
Suitable for mold processing, graphite cutting and high-speed milling of non-ferrous metals. We support supporting overseas engineering projects and sample delivery for PTC exhibition. Stable lead time for stock and custom orders. Overseas engineers are welcome to send drawings for quotation.
