The CDP-8AJ Micro-Computer Filling Machine is designed for filling oral liquids and other materials with good fluidity. Engineered according to GMP requirements, this machine features an arc frame and in-line structure, utilizing constant liquid level (constant speed) and timing metering filling principles to achieve precise filling.

With PLC control and touch-screen human-machine interface, the entire machine operation is convenient and intuitive. Optional high-precision electronic scale automatic weighing data transmission system enables faster dose adjustment.

Enhanced Filtration and Safety: Feed pipe equipped with detachable filter-screen to prevent impurities from affecting filling accuracy and valve lifespan. Additional high and low liquid level detection with sound and light alarm devices prevent abnormal liquid level conditions.

Premium Construction: Entire machine constructed from high-quality SUS304 stainless steel with excellent anti-corrosion performance. Stainless steel outer cover and tempered glass door seal the machine body, better adapting to agrochemical production environments. Reserved air outlet above filling head (Φ120mm) can connect to factory air induction system to discharge waste gases generated during filling process.
