KZ-1D 4-5 Cartons/minute Automatic Plastic Bottle Carton Packing Machine

Introduction:

It is used for the carton packing and work with the logistic code system. This carton packing machine is widely used in the food, daily products, agrochemical and other industries.

Features:

1.Production Cost Saving: It saves labor forces and improve production, it can replace the work of 3-4 people.

2.Wide Application Range: It can do the automatic carton packing of plastic, glass and aluminum bottles.

3. Double servo driven“十”transmission structure can realize precise packing, the patent design is easy for adjusting.

4.The machine installs with safety door switch, the machine will stop when the doors are open.

5. Automatic coordination system, it will alarm when there is no bottle or bottle stuck in the bottle-feeding. It will have color alarm indication; the alarm will shown in the touch screen.

6. Working sound is ≤75DB

7. All the transmission parts are installed with protection cover to make sure the operation safety.

8. The production data can be shown in the running monitor screen.

9. Security signs are shown outside the electrical cabinet to avoid mis-operation.

10. Quick Chang-over: Different bottles can be packed by changing different format (bottle grippers or sponge plate)
