This confined-space UAV supports high-precision navigational flight under GNSS-denied satellite rejection environments. It is capable of real-time 3D point cloud data acquisition inside enclosed spaces and accurate 3D model reconstruction.
Our UAV series serves multiple industries including oil & gas, power generation, chemical engineering, mining and marine sectors, and is applicable to confined spaces such as oil storage tanks, boilers, underground mines and ship holds. We are committed to delivering efficient and safe inspection & survey solutions for enclosed-space operations.
The Sphere S300 indoor anti-collision inspection UAV features an overall dimension within 365mm and is equipped with a 360° full-perimeter physical collision avoidance frame to guarantee flight safety. Integrated with cutting-edge range locking technology and high-precision LiDAR, the drone achieves precise ambient perception.
Fitted with 1080P HD image transmission and a 4K camera, it captures fine details with up to 10,000-nit brightness for premium imaging quality. Adopting a dual-perception system, it enables real-time 3D mapping without GPS signal, fully satisfying inspection requirements in complex indoor environments.
Inspection data can be imported with one click to precisely reconstruct the 3D structure of confined spaces and visualize hidden details for intuitive analysis.
Equipped with a 4-channel LiDAR, the Sphere S300 delivers a maximum point acquisition rate of 200,000 points per second. Its onboard computer generates real-time 3D point cloud models, with drone hovering positioning accuracy better than 2 cm.
Thanks to its proprietary anti-collision frame and high-performance LiDAR module, the Sphere S300 performs high-definition inspection and documentation in narrow, hazardous hard-to-access areas including air-raid shelters, underground mines and wind power facilities, enabling detection of subtle faults and anomalies.
