Product introduction
Adsorption dryers adopt advanced chemical technology. Their principle is to use saturated compressed air, taking advantage of the difference in volume between water molecules and air molecules, and employ special adsorbents (molecular sieves) for gas purification to adsorb water vapor in the compressed air. A good adsorbent has porosity and a large specific surface area. In a gas flow with high water vapor partial pressure (under pressure), the surface of the adsorbent has the property of enriching (adsorbing) water vapor. Conversely, in a gas flow with low water vapor partial pressure (under pressure reduction), the water vapor that has been enriched on the surface of the adsorbent will return to the gas flow again.
The micro-heat adsorption dryer adopts the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) combined with temperature swing adsorption (TSA), fully utilizing the characteristics of adsorbents that adsorb under high pressure and low temperature and desorb under low pressure and high temperature, to increase the adsorption capacity of adsorbents per unit mass, thereby achieving the purpose of deeply drying compressed air. It has the advantages of simple structure and high degree of automation of the non-thermal regeneration (PSA method) desorption dryer and low gas consumption and deep desorption of the thermal regeneration (TSA method) desorption dryer. It can avoid the weaknesses of the non-heat regeneration desiccant dryer, such as high gas consumption and frequent switching, as well as the large and complex structure and high power consumption of the heat regeneration desiccant dryer. Its comprehensive indicators have obvious advantages, saving more energy and effectively reducing the user's operating costs.
