Multi-Stage Air Filtration Direct Driven Screw Compressor JF-30A

Product Overview

The JF-30A is a complete clean air solution combining a 22kw/30HP direct driven screw air compressor with an integrated 4-stage filtration system. This system delivers compressed air meeting ISO 8573-1 Class 1 standards — achieving oil-free quality air (residual oil <0.01 mg/m³) using an oil-injected compressor with advanced downstream filtration, providing the clean air benefits without the high capital cost of oil-free compressor technology.

4-Stage Filtration System

  • Stage 1 - Water Separator: High-efficiency centrifugal water separator with automatic float drain removes bulk liquid water and oil-water emulsion immediately after the aftercooler. Protects downstream filters from liquid loading.
  • Stage 2 - Coalescing Filter (1 micron / 0.1 ppm): Borosilicate glass fiber coalescing element removes oil aerosols and fine particulate down to 1 micron. Reduces residual oil content to 0.1 mg/m³ (0.1 ppm). Differential pressure gauge indicates element condition.
  • Stage 3 - Coalescing Filter (0.01 micron / 0.01 ppm): Ultra-fine coalescing element removes oil aerosols and solid particles down to 0.01 micron. Reduces residual oil content to less than 0.01 mg/m³ — equivalent to oil-free compressor output.
  • Stage 4 - Activated Carbon Filter: Activated carbon adsorber tower removes oil vapor, hydrocarbons, and odors. Eliminates any remaining oil taste and smell. Essential for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and electronics applications.

Additional Features

  • Integrated Filter Manifold: All four filtration stages mounted on a common stainless steel manifold with isolation valves. Compact design with minimal pressure drop (total ΔP <0.5 bar across all stages).
  • Filter Life Monitoring: Differential pressure indicators on each filter housing. Controller alerts when element replacement is needed. Prevents breakthrough contamination from saturated elements.
  • Automatic Condensate Management: Zero-loss electronic drains on water separator and all filter housings. Oil-water separator for environmentally compliant condensate disposal.
  • Built-in Dryer Bypass: Optional refrigerated air dryer can be integrated after the filtration system. 3-valve bypass allows dryer maintenance without interrupting compressed air supply.
