The automatic powder coating line for aluminum profiles, including fences, cabinet doors, and window frames, incorporates a series of steps designed to ensure high-quality finishes and efficiency. These steps include degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, and drying, with each process tailored to the specific requirements of the workpieces. For rusted workpieces, additional processes such as shot blasting or sandblasting are required.

Chain Conveyor System

• Operational Stability: High-end conveyor systems equipped with a torque limiter, ensuring smooth operation by automatically stopping the conveyor in case of a malfunction, which can be quickly restarted after resolution.

Bridge Oven

The Jingtu bridge oven features excellent thermal insulation, preventing convection between hot and cold air to ensure uniform temperature throughout the furnace. This design reduces heat loss, keeping energy consumption at a minimum.

Curing Oven

1. Wind Curtain Technology: A patented design at both ends of the oven prevents heat dissipation, saving fuel.
2. Thermal Bridge Technology: The curing furnace insulation board is seamlessly connected, utilizing advanced thermal bridge transmission technology for efficient heat retention.
3. Oil-Burning Heating Type: Hot air circulation reaches a balanced air supply and return, ensuring even temperature distribution.
