Description

2. adsorption

3.diffusion

The carbon content on the surface is different from that on the core, and the carbon on the surface diffuses inward. The diffusion rate of carbon in steel mainly depends on the temperature, and is related to the difference of the concentration of the elements in the workpiece and the content of alloying elements in steel.
