PGL-B Spray Drying Granulator
PGL Series Spray Drying Granulator

The wet granular or powdery materials are loaded into the raw material container. Hot air enters through the bottom to fluidize the materials, enabling rapid moisture evaporation through full contact between materials and hot air. Dry finished materials are discharged after the drying process. Various filter materials capture fine powder, with appropriate filter elements selected according to product characteristics and customer requirements.

Depending on product features and requirements, we can install material feeding systems, discharging systems, dust recovery systems, and heat control systems after the fluidized bed dryer.
