Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator Offering Drying and Ultra Uniform Blending with Triple Helix Spiral Ribbon Agitators for Industrial
This unit consists of a mixing tank, spiral ribbon agitators and drive assemblies.
The spiral ribbon agitators are generally available in double‑helix or triple‑helix configurations for ultra‑uniform blending.
The outer ribbon conveys material inward from both ends of the tank, whereas the inner ribbon propels material outward toward both sides, creating fast & thorough convective blending with zero dead zones.
A circular jacket can be integrated into the tank design to accommodate high‑efficiency reaction and drying processes.
