Product Overview

The XF series horizontal fluidized bed dryer, also known as fluidized bed dryer, consists of air filter, heater, horizontal fluidized bed mainframe, cyclone separator, bag filter dust collector and high-pressure induced draft fan. Matching dust removal equipment can be configured flexibly according to material characteristics. Cyclone separator can be used alone for materials with large specific gravity such as instant granules; combined cyclone separator and bag filter dust collector with pneumatic feeding and belt conveyor feeding system are equipped for fine powder and small granular materials with low specific gravity.

Granular solid raw materials are delivered to the dryer via a feeder. Filtered and heated clean hot air enters the bottom of the fluidized bed, passing through the distribution plate to contact the materials and form a fluidized state for heat and mass transfer. Dried finished materials are discharged through the outlet. Exhaust gas from the top of the dryer passes through a cyclone separator and bag filter to recover entrained powder, before being vented to the atmosphere.

Steam, electric and hot blast stove heating modes are all optional based on customer demands. It applies to drying of granular & pelleted materials including pharmaceutical API, tablet granules, TCM granules, plastic resin, citric acid and other powder/granular chemical raw materials; also widely used in food beverage additives, grain deep processing, corn germ, feed and other industries. The maximum particle size of processable material is 6mm, optimal processing particle range is 0.5-3mm. The machine supports fully automatic continuous drying production.
