Modular | Safe | Intelligent | IEC/GB Compliant
This low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (MCC) is designed for power distribution and motor control in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The drawer units adopt a standardized modular architecture supporting live hot-swap replacement, minimizing system downtime. Mechanical interlocks enforce three distinct positions – Connected, Test, and Disconnected – enabling isolated maintenance of faulty circuits without a full power shutdown.
Three-position drawer: Connected (power circuit closed), Test (control circuit closed, main circuit isolated), Disconnected (fully isolated).
Mechanical interlock between drawer operating handle and compartment door: door can only be opened when handle is in Disconnected position.
Interchangeable drawer units of same rating – no special adjustment required for replacement or expansion.
GCK series: Compact, cost-effective, widely used in general industrial distribution.
GCS series: High-strength section steel frame, deeper drawer compartments, able to accommodate higher-rated components (e.g., 630A and above); superior short-circuit withstand capacity (up to 100kA).
MNS series: C-section steel framework (forming a self-supporting structure), high circuit density (up to 36 circuits per cubicle), supports double-sided operation for space-constrained E-house applications.
Physically separated compartments: Busbar compartment (top), Electrical compartment (front), Cable compartment (rear/bottom). Separators are made of steel or flame-retardant insulating plates.
Busbars are covered with flame-retardant insulating sleeves or shields to mitigate arc-flash risks.
Protection rating: IP30 / IP40 (selectable), preventing ingress of solid foreign objects ≥2.5mm or ≥1.0mm.
Drawer mechanical interlock (prevents moving between positions unless handle is correctly operated)
Door interlock (door locked when drawer is in Connected or Test position)
Anti-misoperation shutter mechanism (automatically covers live fixed contacts when drawer is withdrawn)
Reserved slots for intelligent monitoring modules (current, voltage, power, temperature, contactor status).
Supports three-remote functions – remote signaling, remote measurement, remote control – for integration into SCADA or power automation systems.
Optional communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Profibus, IEC 61850 (upon request).
Compatible with mainstream low-voltage components (ACB, MCCB, contactors, soft starters, VFDs) from ABB, Schneider, CHINT, etc.
Custom engineering available: special copper layouts, N+1 redundancy, form of internal separation (Form 3b/4b).
Standardized modular hole patterns for mounting devices – strong universality of auxiliary components.
Mixed configuration: withdrawable drawers and fixed compartments can be combined within the same cabinet.
Top-mounted busbar bridge optional for top or bottom cable entry/exit.
