2. Functions


Core motion control: Precisely controls the start, stop, speed and position of the carriage (printhead frame) motor and paper feed motor. Ensures accurate bi-directional printing alignment and precise stepping, avoiding ghosting and registration errors.

Signal processing and driving: Receives commands from the main board to drive the servo motor; feeds back motor status (position / speed / overload). It triggers an alarm and stops the machine when abnormality occurs, protecting mechanical parts and the motor.

Guarantee printing accuracy: Determines paper feeding accuracy and carriage positioning accuracy. Directly affects image sharpness, color uniformity and detail restoration, serving as a core component for high-precision printing.

Stable overall operation: Provides voltage stabilization, filtering and circuit protection to reduce interference from voltage fluctuations. Suitable for continuous high-intensity printing of eco-solvent / solvent ink machines, lowering the risk of shutdown caused by control abnormalities.

Wear part replacement: Original genuine part. It can replace aged / damaged servo boards, restore the machine’s motion control function, resume normal printing, and reduce maintenance costs.
