The TxF300-75 is a high-performance DTF (direct-to-film) printer with an 80 cm maximum printing width, designed for producing DTF print transfer sheets. Featuring PHT50 heat transfer pigment ink (CMYK + white) with ECO PASSPORT certification, this printer meets international safety standards for textile products (OEKO-TEX®).
Building on the reliable TxF150-75 platform, the TxF300-75 delivers approximately 300% greater productivity while maintaining the same standards for safe, stable operation.
What is DTF?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing involves printing directly onto special film, applying hot-melt powder, then heating and drying to create a transferable ink layer. This layer is then heat-pressed onto fabrics like T-shirts.
Mimaki provides complete DTF solutions including printers, inks, and RIP software. Recommended specifications for film, hot-melt powder, application equipment, post-processing machines, and heat press transfer machines are provided at the time of purchase.
