Running a softgel production line can be challenging—capsule weight consistency, gelatin supply stability, and downtime often cause headaches. The JL250-II industrial softgel encapsulation machine was designed to tackle these issues. With its gear-driven system, high-precision 20-plunger filling pumps, and PLC touchscreen control, it delivers reliable, continuous operation while ensuring every capsule meets quality standards.
Whether your focus is vitamins, fish oil, or herbal extracts, the JL250-II keeps production smooth and predictable.

From the start, the JL250-II was engineered for high-volume production without sacrificing quality. It can produce up to 120,960 capsules per hour for Size 8 oval softgels, and 58,800 per hour for Size 20 oblongs. The 20-plunger filling system guarantees ±0.5% accuracy, helping you reduce waste and maintain uniform dosage across every batch.
The gear-driven transmission reduces vibration, extends equipment life, and keeps operations stable, even during long production runs. Mold rollers are precision-machined to ensure consistent capsule shape and fewer defects.

We designed the JL250-II with operators in mind. The PLC touchscreen interface makes it easy to monitor production, adjust mold speed, and control filling volume—all without complex training.
Meanwhile, the closed-loop gelatin supply system keeps gelatin at the right temperature and viscosity, ensuring continuous, hygienic feeding.

The JL250-II handles a wide variety of formulations, from oils and suspensions to semi-liquid blends.
