Titanium alloy (TA1) is resistant to strong acids/alkalis (pH 14, 1M H₂SO₄), and the metal dissolution rate of the nano-passivation layer is less than 0.01 mg/cm²/year.

Laser-etched runner, contact resistance less than 5 mΩ-cm² (1.5 MPa), electrolysis efficiency greater than 85.

Density <4.5 g/cm³ (40% lighter than stainless steel), fatigue resistance >10⁶ pressure cycles, no micro-cracks.
